Terms of Service

Effective date: 9 October 2026 · Operator: Jerry IT Dev

1. Personal use only

The Personal OpenClaw Assistant is a self-hosted personal automation project. It is configured for the operator's own use and does not offer public registration, accounts, subscriptions or a commercial service.

2. Features and third-party services

Its features may include Gmail message summaries, Google Calendar event reminders and Telegram notifications. These features rely on third-party platforms such as Google APIs, OpenRouter and selected AI model providers, Telegram, and Cloudflare. The availability, processing rules and security of those services are also governed by their respective terms.

3. Authorised access

The operator must authorise access to the Google account through the OAuth consent process and may revoke that access at any time through Google Account settings. No person should connect or use another individual's Google data without the required authorisation.

4. Information and reliability

AI-generated summaries and automated reminders may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. The Assistant is not a substitute for checking the original email messages, calendar events or source records when making important decisions.

5. Data practices

Details of Google user data access, processing, storage, third-party services, retention and revocation are described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Changes and discontinuation

The operator may modify, disable or discontinue any part of this private project. The pages describing the project will be updated when material functionality or data practices change.
